Jan Cibulka joined the Green Park faculty in 1991 as a resource teacher through L.A.S.E. (Lutheran Association for Special Education). In 2002 she began teaching middle school English and 6th grade homeroom. Today you’ll find her with the 5th graders each morning, teaching 5th & 6th grade Literature and Language Arts and P.E.
In addition to serving as the Assistant Athletic Director on campus, you will find this homegrown Viking coaching volleyball and immersing students in her favorite books. Her experience in both the public and private sectors, in special education and homeroom as well as coaching has positioned her to be quite the utility player.
“Green Park means a second family to me. I love it when my students come to visit after they’ve graduated. They will always be my kids and it warms my heart to know they still think of Green Park after they’re gone. We never forget them.”
…but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31
