Admissions Timeline

Thank you for your interest in Green Park Lutheran School!  We trust that as you learn more about our ministry online and on tour you will find a vibrant community of students eager to learn.  Applications for the 2025-26 school year open in January 2025.  For families joining the Green Park family for the first time, welcome!

• Schedule a Tour.  Tour campus, visit classroom, and meet administration.  To schedule a private tour, click here.
• January 5, 2025:  Online enrollment begins for new students
• January 5, 2025:  Tuition assistance process begins through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.
• January 2025:  Automated re-enrollment for current families. $300 per family enrollment fee.
• March 1, 2025:  Deadline to withdraw for ’25-’26 school year
• April 10, 2025:  Deadline to submit financial aid application and supporting tax documents.
• April 2025 (TBA):  Missouri Kid’s Test  scheduled for all kindergarten students.  $30 fee.
• May 15, 2025:  Association Church Endorsement forms due.
• June 2025:  Green Park will request school records from all past schools (transferring students only).
• May/June 2025:  Be sure to schedule all doctors appointments for student physicals.  All new students, kindergarten, 4^th and 7^th grade students will need to have a full physical examination and current immunization report prior to the first day of school.
• July/August 2025:  Kindergarten Welcome Party 12:30-2:00pm (typically on a Sunday)
• August 2025:  Athletic Physical Form needs to be completed for all students participating in GP Athletics prior to official practice.

JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN AGE REQUIREMENT Students must be 3 years of age before August 1 and be bathroom independent. We understand accidents happen.

KINDERGARTEN AGE REQUIREMENT Green Park follows the requirements of the State of Missouri as employed in the local public school district.  Per DESE regulations, Kindergarteners need to be five years old before August 1 to qualify for entrance (birthdate no later than 7/31).  No exceptions will be made. All incoming kindergarteners take the Missouri KIDS test or another Green Park approved test prior to admission.  Students transferring into Green Park will be asked to provide student records and birth certificate.

Therefore, Green Park does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, athletic and other school administered programs.

IMMUNIZATIONS The State of Missouri requires that all students must be properly immunized prior to the start of the school year. If a child is not in full compliance with the requirements before the first day of school, Green Park may not admit that student until such time that full compliance is realized. Families must provide proof of immunizations, including month, date and year, from their health care provider.
