    Debbie Prange first joined the Green Park faculty in 1977 and again in 1994.  Throughout the years she has taught kindergarten and 2nd grade, piano lessons, played the organ and substitute taught.  While completing her reading certification through Webster University, Debbie played an integral part in bringing Balanced Literacy to Green Park’s campus.  The reading curriculum is designed to provide more individualized instruction understanding students are unique and all developing various skills at different levels.  She recently took on the role as Green Park’s Reading & Math Specialist and is strategically positioned to work with individual learners.  She delights in new ways to better develop strong readers.  One of the latest additions to the curriculum includes Lucy Caulkins writing curriculum.  Her favorite authors include John Sanford, David Baldacci, James Patterson and Iris Johansen.
