Upcoming Events:

General Dates and Info for Lutheran South

  • Applications open August 15th and shadow days begin August 25th
  • We will be inviting grade school students to several sporting events, including our Dig Pink volleyball game and middle school football night. Stay tuned for details.
  • We will be hosting Meet LuSo: A Conversation with the Head of School, where prospective families are invited to hear from Dr. Jonathan Butterfield and learn more about Lutheran South. 
  • Open House is Thursday, October 23 at 6:30 p.m.
  • LuSo OnStage will host a Middle School event for Little Shop of Horrors, Thursday, Dec 4th from 9:00-12:00 6th-8th grades
  • Academic Fair will be March 7th
  • Math and English Placement Exams will be held at Lutheran South this school year on May 2nd, 5th, 7th, and 9th.

Eighth-grade students are invited to Live Like a Lancer – a half-day experience where you will attend classes, connect with current students, and get a true sense of what it means to learn, grow, and belong at Lutheran South.

Lancerette Mini Camp

Girls in kindergarten through 8th grade are invited to join the Lancerettes on Sunday, October 5 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Mini Lancerettes will learn a dance routine to be performed during halftime of the Lutheran South varsity football game vs. MICDS on Friday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. The cost is $30 and includes a shirt to wear for the big performance. Register at https://www.lslancers.org/events

Dig Pink Volleyball Game

Middle school girls and their families are invited to join us for a Dig Pink volleyball game at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9 vs. Rockwood Summit High School. Join us as we support breast cancer awareness. Please register your middle schooler for this free event to receive your
