It was the perfect way to kick off National Lutheran Schools Week… with what Vikings love: READING! It’s no secret GPLS Balanced Literacy curriculum and K-2 iKids program has been a great success for our students’ reading levels. The best part is when students love to read.
Building “Stronger” Minds Through Literacy brought students room to room as they heard from the real heroes in our world – counselors, nurses, military, police, therapists and pastors…people who help others. Special thanks to our reading teachers and PTO for creating such a fun event for K-5.
